Hi, I'm Grace.
I'm a homeschool mom of four and an educator passionate about helping Christian women understand coercive control, manipulation, and emotional abuse.
These topics aren't just something I've studied—they're something I've lived. After navigating these painful dynamics throughout my own life, I became committed to understanding the tactics of manipulation through extensive training, professional certifications, and ongoing education.
What began as a desire to protect my own children has grown into a calling to equip women with the knowledge I wish I had years ago.
I believe God never intended His daughters to live in confusion, fear, or chronic self-doubt. My goal isn't simply to help you identify unhealthy behaviors—it's to help you develop discernment rooted in truth, wisdom, and a biblical understanding of healthy relationships.
