Founder’s Statement
Our Commitment to Safety, Accountability, and Integrity
I founded this organization with a clear conviction: the Church must be a place of safety, not silence.
Abuse — whether spiritual, emotional, physical, sexual, financial, or psychological — is never justified. It is never excused by calling, authority, gifting, or influence. When criminal, it must be treated as crime. When harmful, it must be addressed with honesty and care.
My position is unwavering: I stand with victims and survivors.
This company exists to equip pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams with the education, policies, and practical tools necessary to:
• Prevent abuse before it occurs
• Respond appropriately and lawfully to disclosures
• Implement trauma-informed care practices
• Establish clear accountability structures
• Prioritize people over institutional reputation
Independence & Governance
This organization operates as an independent LLC and is financially and operationally separate from any church, ministry network, or family affiliation.
To ensure ethical integrity and best practices, we:
• Maintain formal conflict-of-interest policies
• Consult with licensed professionals in trauma and abuse response
• Seek legal review of policies and training materials
• Encourage compliance with all mandatory reporting laws
• Refuse to conduct internal investigations where independent review is appropriate
Proximity to church leadership culture has given me insight into both the beauty and the blind spots within ministry systems. That proximity does not compromise this mission — it strengthens my resolve to pursue clarity, transparency, and reform where needed.
The Church does not protect its witness by protecting power.
It protects its witness by protecting people.
Scope of Our Work
We provide training, curriculum, and consulting on prevention and response systems.
We do not replace licensed counseling services, law enforcement, or independent investigative bodies.
Our role is education and structural reform.
A Continuing Commitment
This work requires humility. We are committed to ongoing learning, expert consultation, and continuous improvement. If we discover gaps in our policies or training, we will address them transparently.
Survivors deserve clarity.
Leaders deserve tools.
Churches deserve systems that uphold both truth and safety.
That is the foundation of this company.
